Wallpaper A Bedroom

Panelling For A Lounge

This lounge had panelling fitted and then the whole room painted with Farrow & Ball paints.

The panelling was matched and fitted to the existing window sill.

Bathroom - Fitted Wardrobe - Painting

Bathroom tiling and cornise.

I made this fitted cupboard to look like part of the room, adding the cornice to match with
the existing.
The cupboard was fitted with shelving and hanging space and then given a painted finish with Farrow & Ball

This was painted and the oak floor limed.
All the furniture was painted to match.

Hand made wooden kitchen can be given a new life with coat of paint again I use
Farrow & Ball.
The floor was mid oak.
I sanded and limed this floor finishing off with a waterproof sealant.

Bathroom

This bathroom was stripped.
A new limestone floor laid, Panelling put up, the shower tiled and the bath re-positioned.
Farrow & Ball paints were used.

Kitchen Cabinet

This bespoke kitchen by Parlour Farm was completed but then the owners decided that they wanted a cabinet built around the free standing fridge freezer.

I built and fitted this wood and mdf cabinet to match the existing kitchen.

I painted it in a contrasting Farrow & Ball paint.

I was able to match the cornice.
A plain shaker style kitchen which can be updated and re-painted
as and when the owner feels the need for a change!

From Light Oak To Limed Oak

Once a solid oak floor the owners were tired of the light oak look.
This floor was sanded and limed to the desired shade.

The lime was allowed to dry overnight and then two coats of a wax oil were applied.
The end result is a much lighter and brighter room.

Handyman Fits A New Bathroom

I stripped out what was a fully tiled shower room making it into a cosy bathroom with pannelling and tiled floor.

Waterproofed MDF means there will be no crackes for the water to seep into.

The Lime tiles from Fired Earth were laid out and numbered.

I then laid them in the order that looked the most pleasing to the eye.

With careful attention to every detail in this bathroom it is now a room to relax and enjoy.

The comfortable slipper bath also from Fired Earth was made from reconsituted Lime.

I will be posting more of my recent work very soon.
